Kelli Conway • 10/06/2017
As usual, Fashion Month was a whirlwind. With highlights ranging from Kaia Gerber strutting down the catwalk of nearly every designer to an epic supermodel reunion at the Versace show in Milan to Clare Waight Keller's stunning Givenchy debut, the entertainment was endless. But amidst all the craziness, there were some really amazing clothes and trends that have us longing for springtime already (despite the fact that we're a mere 15 days into fall). As fashion moves to be more transitional and less season-based (hello, see-now-buy-now fashion!), the line between seasons and trends is starting to blur. Everyone knows that the rules of style (actually, rules of any kind, for that matter) are meant to be broken, so we aren’t wasting any time adopting a few of the forecasted trends ahead of next season.
While our verdict is still out on the fanny-pack revival, we rounded the top five trends that we spotted everywhere from New York to Paris, all of which you can totally start wearing long before the Spring Equinox…
1. Pretty Paillettes
2. Handkerchief Hemlines
3. All White Everything
4. Trench Dressing
5. Fringe Details
