We can’t help it. We have to talk about sport-inspired dressing. Or whatever
you want to call it—athleisure, femleisure, the Vetements effect. You can’t cross the street without seeing it, and it shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon...

And while we have yet to grow tired of finding new ways to dress up our sweatshirts or pair white sneakers with everything in our closet, we are ready to take this look up a notch with some new iterations. And lucky for us (and you), there’s a whole host of new ways to sport the trend.
Our typical workweek wardrobe is getting the athleisure treatment, with sporty elements making an appearance on pants, sweaters, and blazers. Try denim with racing stripes down the side or track-inspired jackets for a fresh look to take you from the office to cocktails. Take notes from street style stars and incorporate mesh fabrics into your wardrobe—simply layer under a plaid menswear-inspired blazer for an unexpected contrast. For the weekend, our go-to black leggings get new life in luxe fabrics or perfectly placed distressed details (and still look just right with our favorite sweatshirt).
When it comes to footwear, sneakers continue to lead the charge—ranging from rose leather to navy satin to bejeweled canvas. And finally, pool slides are getting a much-needed upgrade,
with graphic prints and textured embellishments to boot.
