If we approve your request, please ship the piece back to us packed the way it was when you received it to ensure that it arrives safely. Shipping costs on returns and exchanges are covered by customers and must send us a confirmation receipt from the carrier that you have shipped it back to us within the 48 hours after your request has been approved. If your jewelry needs repairs when you receive it because of production or manufacturing issues, notify us within 48 hours.
