Returns & Shipping
RETURN POLICY:
We will gladly accept returns on goods that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with intact tags and packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging. Goods purchased online must be received in our store within 10 days of date of purchase. Goods purchased in-store must be received in our store within 7 days of date of purchase. Goods purchased at full price may be returned for a full refund or store credit. All items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are considered final sale. Items will not be eligible for return/exchange or store credit. We will not accept returns on the following items: swimwear, underwear, jewelry, apothecary, and sale items. Finefolk is not responsible for return shipping costs, international duties and taxes, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods. GIFT
RETURNS: If you have received an item from Finefolk as a gift, you may return it in exchange for store credit as long as you are in compliance with our return policy as stated above. Your credit will be applied to your Finefolk account. Store credits can only be issued and used in USD$.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Free shipping on orders $200 & up, $199 & below: $20, 2-day air: $28, overnight: $50, Canada: $43, rest of the world: $100.
